Currently set up with a client (fom-user-manager) for FOM in the NR keycloak realm. Using this client to develop the the FOM user administrator.
This ticket describes working with @ConradBoydElliottGustafson to work on a long term pattern for how keycloak auth integration will work for FOM user manager and eventually FOM.
