When I run clean_wqdata(delete_outliers = TRUE) the dataframe only contains the outliers, the non-outliers are gone.

Oh dear, that doesn't seem ideal! Can you please provide a minimal example and post it here?

@HeatherGranger don't worry about the example - I was able to reproduce it and fix it easily 😄
