Broken error messages in other languages (UTF-8)

Please insert following line do files error_404.php, error_db.php, error_general.php in dir /application/errors/ :

Error messages is broken in other languages than english. I have official slovak translation.

HTML tags is filtered. This is line to add:
(char less than) meta charset="utf-8" (char greather than)

CodeIgniter will only support English translations, any other language that you want to use is up to you to make available. You are of course encouraged to link your translations on the Wiki so that other users can take advantage of it.
