Org Mode links that work in foo.org break in README.org #23

This is a real weird one. Just go to https://github.com/Neil-Smithline/org-ruby-test and read the README.org file. It describes and demonstrates the problem.

I wonder if this is not a bug in the org-ruby gem but a problem with how Github is calling the gem.

This is mainly because of the relative path used on the main README.org from a Github repository, is different from the one the file is actually pointing to, so it is not a problem with the org-ruby gem itself.
Opening the README.org on the same path as the other files works.
