Also cleans up error handling quite a bit. Safari 5.1 is not currently working with error handling.
Safari 5.1 now passes all the tests.

Also adds some automated testing (as much as can possibly be done I think). There is an iframe test page as well.
This version doesn't address wonky behavior (I think mostly in Safari) when dealing with multiple elements in full screen. Those will be addressed in the next point release.
