Tags should link to a tag page with all posts for that particular tag.

Added in #c31ca570a4817630188b66f4cb85de7e8ac72dbd

In some future release it would be nice to have filtering work on the page. IE see the whole list/grid of posts and toggle the tags in a sidebar.
