Thanks to @mixmix we now have the core of an adblocker. Here's what's still todo:

Filter requests by a blocklist
Do in-page DOM filtering
Provide a UI for enabling/disabling it
Move the blocklist into the repo so we can keep it up-to-date (currently we're using https://github.com/Jense5/is-ad)
