Adds some existing (related) PubMed classification tasks:

EBM-NLP - NER tagging for PICO elements
Evidence Inference - identifying {significant increase, no significant difference, significant decrease} and evidence supporting that conclusion for a given (intervention, comparison intervention, outcome) tuplet.
