Remove all project -> change to examples

Projects should be kept in individual user repositories, not the main BEAST repository.
Much cleaner code.
Examples should be provided.
The "small" PHAT example is ideal and traceable to the BEAST paper.

Projects directory removed. Example directory created and populated with phat example.

Each project should be tracked independent of the BEAST code. The link to the beast code can be done as before with a symbolic link to where the BEAST code is installed. In the future, having a pip installable distribution of the BEAST will even remove this need.
