Update Strapi and GCL to return order creation time

Description

Currently Strapi is not returning order creation time, update Strapi to return date and time of order. On the other hand in GCL map created date in jsonata.

Goals

• Update Strapi to return order creation time

Expected Outcome

BAP should get order date and time in response

Acceptance Criteria

• Strapi should return order created timestamp
• GCL should return order created timestamp
