In the DSEP app, after placing an order for a course, billing details cannot be edited on the order history page

Steps To Reproduce

1.Login into DSEP app
2.Search for courses
3.Select and checkout any course
4.Click on view details
5.Click on edit button near billing details
6.Fill all details
7.Click on Update

Expected Result

users are able to edit billing details on the order history page
