In the DSEP app, in the "Apply Job" functionality, the text and text boxes are not properly aligned

Steps To Reproduce

1.Login into DSEP app
2.Search for courses
3.Select and add course into cart
4.Chcekout course
5.Click on order details
6.Click on Search for job button
7.Select any Job
8.Click on button Apply Now

Expected Result

In the "Apply Job" functionality of the DSEP app, the text and text boxes should be aligned properly, ensuring a neat and organized layout.
