Multimedia video embed field

The "embed code" field should be active in the multimedia type video with file. At this moment is active only when we create an empty multimedia type video (without uploading a file). So "file" and "embed code" should coexist at the same time.

Does this field appear in backend UI? Where? Tried creating a new empty video but I didn't find it.
Also creating a video from URL.
I'm using populus on master.

Proposed solution:

1. add Embed Code tab to all media objects (because a video without a file becomes actually a file object with video category, not a video object, problem addressed in Multimedia "media types" to BEdita Object #347)
2. remove from Embed Code thumnbail field which has some issues, see Multimedia module: explicit video thumbnail isn't correctly handled #367
