Right now, the discussion forums use ajax calls for small things to change, but for posting, liking, flagging, etc. the page reloads. Ideally, the page doesn't have to reload and it can just do those tasks on the same page. React seems like the most straightforward way to implement this, but if someone knows a better/easier way, we could do that too!
