button: pointerclick on iPhone 6 #1477

При клике на кнопку на iPhone 6 и даже в хроме в режиме эмуляции iPhone 6 не срабатывает первый клик. Только если кликнуть по кнопке второй раз.
Если я комментирую код реализации pointerclick или ставлю переменную isIOS в false, то все начинает работать нормально

Накатал минимальный бин в котором воспроизводится проблема.
