Hey, thanks for the issue.
Could you provide more details? Do you want a feedback from the gateway when a sound is played or be able to ask the gateway to play a sound without a “play” node? If case 2, yes you can by providing the right message to the gateway out node.
I’m not sure to understand well what you want to do.

My idea is send / receive the status of gateway when you active/disarm the alarm system from Xiaomi App Mobile . I would like can activate from node-red for my personal proyect.

I understand your point.
If the gateway send an event when the alarm is armed/disarmed it will be possible to propagate the events to the nodered nodes. But if it doesn't, it won't be possible.
