Eye frown parameter

There is eye frown parameter in SRanipal SDK.
It seems to be used for an angry expression or for lowering and raising eyebrows.
If this parameter is added, it will help to express more emotion.

AFAIK this parameter currently isn't tracked, however this could be added regardless (though it won't be functional until HTC makes it tracked)
