Please add a PHPUtils class

We should be able to seamlessly integrate our learnings from PHP developments into the Java world, so it is critical that we should have access to the functions from the PHP standard library in our Java code. Please add a PHPUtils class to contain Java implementations of PHP standard library functions.

It should support at least:

• http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/function.preg-replace.php (including /e modifier)
• http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/function.implode.php
• http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/function.join.php
• http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/function.md5-file.php
• http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/function.number-format.php
• http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/function.str-rot13.php
• http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/function.strpbrk.php

Also is there any way we can get register_globals in Java?? thankssss
