Hi Ben & thanks for this repo!

Now it's possible to choose from product variants:
https://shopify-nuxt-kit.netlify.app/products/blue-cheese

Would you please consider adding multiple options support too? eg Size, Color, Material.
Some sizes could be only in some colors.
