Add a last step to README.md install instructions:

Whenever changes to configuration files are made, reload the window in VS Code:

  1. Ctrl + Shift + P
  2. type Reload Window

This has to be done to make extensions reload their configuration files (e.g. stylelint and .stylelintrc)
