HTML character entities in email

When an email is sent, if the game_name includes a special html entity, the entity number is sent instead of the html character. (for example, an apostrophe is replaced with & # 3 9 ;)

I did that way back in the day before UTF8 was a big thing. I did it to prevent user's from putting HTML and scripts in the names and other outward facing data.

There's a better way now, and I'll see if I can find some time to fix it.
