The Galaxy community maintains tool wrapper for dada2 since quite some time and since recently also a workflow. Clearly a tutorial could increase visibility even more, e.g. in the Galaxy training network.
I (as a developer) was always more than happy with the dada2 tutorials R (in particular since the Galaxy tools mirror the R functions). But non developers seem to be scared away by reading bits or R code.
Wondering if you have thoughts on this? Maybe something in the qiime2 docs is possible (where users can choose if they want to see the tutorial for CLI, python or Galaxy). Or we can just reuse large parts of your tutorial (but then we need to take care about keeping content in sync).
Cheers.
