Extract the enUS.zip file into /[WoW Directory]/Data/enUS/ so that the patch-enus-x.MPQ files are alongside the other MPQ files.
Extract the patch-7, patch-A, and Data 7z files to /[WoW Directory]/Data/ so that the patch-x.MPQ files are alongside the other MPQ files.
At present, it's recommended not to pick and choose which patch files you'd like. In the future, more testing will be done and documentation will be provided as to which MPQ files contain what and what is required for what. You should also not include the patch file included in DBC & MPQ.zip as that MPQ is included in the Data archive.
