While the program clearly states it is under the same license as perl, it would be nice if the release tarball included a LICENSE file containing the text of the Artistic Licence and the GPL.

This is pretty much the norm for CPAN modules.

Probably automatically added by Dist::Zilla or something like that. Probably a good idea in 1988, is it really necessary in 2018?
