I cannot open: Sequence to Sequence Learning with Neural Networks.ipynb

I was actually reading that when it crashed and now I cannot open it anymore

Not sure what is causing this issue.

What version of Jupyter are you using? Have you tried deleting the repo and then re-cloning it?
