Majigs Inline Create

Current

New tag based (notebook) majigs are created using the create util. New path based (wiki) majigs are created by browsing to the path and saving the markdown.

Desired

New tag based majigs are created using an inline editor on the majigs view. Editor is similar to path based creating but includes markdown and tags fields. Tags field should be auto populated for submajig routes.
