wrong URIs in preview

In my documents I often use URI schema to link to other applications; e.g. message: to refer to emails.

In the preview window those URIs are prepended with http://benweet.github.io/stackedit/ and URL encoded. In this way they cannot be used.

Correct URIs/IRIs should not be modified by preview

Not sure if it's supported by the original Markdown. One way is to use the form <email@example.com> or <mailto:email@example.com>.

Actually I'm talking about the []() uri syntax and it's supported by the original Mardown. You can try it yourself on daringfireball.net. Below a screenshot:

That's a problem with PageDown library which escapes the : characters. Will fix it asap.
