See also http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/ . Basically, is a better fit for DB content. This is a variant on CC-by-attrib, that applies to data. Requires users to contribute back, although we should review that especially in light of the workspace model. Contributors may be required to ack this. Need to discuss with Users.
