UNDO before REDO #8

Sometimes when UNDO record is earlier then REDO which is to be rolled back a warning can occur:

WARNING: can't rollback transaction part, UBA: 0x00c0205c.03c2.17 DBA: 0xc0205c SLT: 30 RCI: 23 OPFLAGS: 0

In this situation some part of the transaction is not rolled back.

handling of these out of order UNDO vectors is supported by the latest code
