bertuz CV is a LaTeX template suitable for your CV(Curriculum Vitae). It has been written in order to keep a very clean and semantic LaTeX source. Changes to your Résumé should be quick to do and the information should be easily readable right from the source source.

The layout has been designed by me from scratch in order to suit my needs, but further contributions are more than welcome and encouraged.

You can download the PDF version.

A lot of improvements can be done. This is my very first class in LaTeX and it will be improved according to my free time. The next improvements will be:

  • Try to compile it in XeLaTeX
  • Make the photo filename a parameter
  • I18n

Requirements

A full TeX distribution is assumed. Various distributions for different operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) are available. The class has been designed and developed to work with LuaLaTeX, but XeLaTeX should work too (or with little modifications). I recommend you to compile your source with LuaLaTeX.

Lato font is required, but I will include it in the future versions.

Usage

At a command prompt, run

$ lualatex {your-cv}.tex

This should result in the creation of {your-cv}.pdf

LaTeX is a fantastic typesetting program that a lot of people use these days, especially the math and computer science people in academia.

Lato is a sanserif typeface family published under the open-source Open Font License by his foundry tyPoland, with support from Google.

You are free to take my .tex file and modify it to create your own resume. Some (non-sensible) information are my real ones, so please change them!

If you have any questions, feel free to write me.

Good luck!
