Loading

real-time validation that describes to the user any errors they have made in the shift edit form
clean up UI so buttons do not run past any borders on any screen size
replace time drop-downs with time pickers instead (some ideas: http://www.sitepoint.com/10-jquery-time-picker-plugins/)
