While the live blend mixes from multiple cameras by the "Matrix" mixer were great and offered better production quality, there was a sound issue. The high quality direct audio feed was intentionally recorded separate (Not thru the Matrix, which only had the on camera microphone feeds, which were heavy with audience background noise). However each time the Matrix needed to save, it lost a few frames, less than a second of video which was unnoticeable, but that resulted in an audio sync issue, that needed to be corrected in post production each time it happened, adding additional work and time to get performer videos available for sharing.
Testing is needed to either have audio flow properly thru the Matrix system, or move to a ATEM video mixer with better audio support.
Additionally: Plan to save separate on-camera recorded video did not go as planned. While we had card storage capacity to cover each nights shows, the process to dump the cards to laptop takes 2-3x longer than recording time, making the plan to reuse cards unpractical. The P2 cards needed are expensive and in limited supply, and the footage from the individual cameras was not used in what was produced, so we need to evaluate if any on-camera capture is needed or if it would be better to handle this at the ATEM/matrix mixer/Laptop.
I do not believe we could have done anything differently from the sound side to help address this, however I would like to provide @eclecticmagpie an additional recording device to create a master soundtrack directly from his mixer, should it be needed for correction in post.

Change needed to the video recording process.
