suspend service is not working as there is no betterlockscreen@.service file in the system #404

Hey, did you sort this out?

I got this working, what I did was follow the instructions exactly as on the homepage.

It looks like the command to enable the user service (systemctl enable betterlockscreen@$USER) worked successfully for you.

To use it, you don't start the service, because it's not something that should be continuously running. It gets called when your system suspends/sleeps. The way to use it is to do a systemctl suspend and it will automatically trigger this service (if it's enabled). The lockscreen will show.

Have you tried that?
