TODO use https://github.com/plasticboy/vim-markdown (native support for fenced languages!)

Would also be nice to re-impl the leader>e shortcut to edit the current code block in a separate window (to have snippets, etc..)

Now I use use https://github.com/plasticboy/vim-markdown with native support for fenced language, can close.
