Right now, the --man, --faq etc options dump all the manual sections, not just the FAQ. Fix this. t/ack-man.t has tests for it TODOed out.

As of 26f3588, this fix has been applied and everything runs OK under Travis.

It's just sad that we have to skip the --man tests under Travis because of weird pathing that at some point we should figure out.
