Hi! This is a known problem (see also #9).
Unfortunately kterm virtual keyboard doesn't support scripts that require advanced input methods. I don't think I will be able to implement such feature soon.

Regarding SkipStone I don't use it any more and I am not able to provide any support for it. You may find some help on Kindle Developer's Corner forum.
