"Blob is taking too long to generate." This might be because I've added too much inline code?

This issue correlated with a warning issued by the PCoA plot. With slightly different species abundances due to running Rarefy() again, the axis limits changed, leading to NA values and a warning. I don't know for sure, but when I resolved the limits, the report was able to generate. Also, it's good to know that the data and interpretations were all fine, it was just a minor bug. Would be nice to further automate these complicated figures, or maybe it would be smarter to leave them until the very end, flatten them, and never look back!! But this has to be reproducible... 🙄
