Insert point on segment
Add sub polygon
Close when clicking again first point

Done on dev branch:
Holding SHIFT will insert new point on segment.
Clicking first point will close polygon. Close shape option in toolbar afterwards will be disabled again if it wasn't enabled before drawing polygon.

Adding sub polygon moved in other issue.
