I want to be able to specify allowed TLDs instead of needed to add every new stupid TLD that gets created. I want to allow only classic .com, .net, and .org without having to remove every new TLD spammers abuse.

This is a good suggestion, and something that's come up before for other settings.
Essentially, it will be a much bigger update than just that of TLDs
Every area will need to be given an inversion option, where a box is checked to make it a whitelist option as opposed to the default blacklist.
That way, it blocks everything by default, and then only allows those which are specified. This would definitely be considered a feature for advanced users, because regular users could easily block many legitimate users this way.
It might have to something that's only turned on after acknowledging a warning prompt.
