FEATURE REQ: Add timezone conversions

Love this workflow! I often have to convert times from specific timezones to my local timezone. For example: 3pm PST to CET. Currently this does not work and it always shows 3pm. Would be amazing if I could type in 'time 3pm PST' and it converts it to the timezone I'm currently in, or a set timezone.

Also, in Europe we don't really use 3pm but rather '15.00' or '15'. Currently that does not work either and could be useful: 'time 15 PST' as an example for 3pm alternative.
