add --datebefore and --dateafter

Hello, I want to back up videos made by big companies. They routinely remove old videos. Some of them have really old videos on their channels, some of them also get removed in 2022 for some reason. the data commands are from yt-dlp and i couldn't find a way to automate yt-dlp to only print old video URLs. My solution is add them to tubeup.

Use yt-dlp with it's date flags and --get-id to get the IDs then rip them with tubeup.
