What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run OutCALL under a user whose Application Data path contains non-ascii
characters. This specifically means:
  a) Non-English Windows XP (where the phrase "Application Data" is localized in the path, e.g. "C:\Documents and Settings\user\Data aplikací" in Czech). This is not a problem on Vista/7 where the path is not localized ("C:\users\user\AppData" in all locales). Workaround: rename the Application Data folder and change the corresponding registry keys. Invasive and unsuitable for users.
  b) With a user whose username (not fullname) contains a non-ascii characters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
OutCALL crashes right after start.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.60, a) Windows XP SP3 CZE b) Windows 7 ENU with Czech username c) Windows 7
CZE with Czech username

Please provide any additional information below.
