What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to compile OUTCALL with WINDOWS 7
Hello, me and other firend are trying to compile outcall in windows 7 with
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and have the same problem:
'gettext_putenv': identifier not found

I used Visual Studio 2008 and then all I had to do was put two dll's that were
missing into the same directory as outcall. By the way, I made some
modifications that allow you to pipe the caller ID, name, time of call, and
called extension to either a command line prompt or to a web address. I also
updated the caller ID to come through on the newest version(s) of Asterisk.
