bug: In Firefox, "Start a private chat" is always with hover style #14669

Describe the bug
In Firefox, when a moderator click on some user, the "Start a private chat" option is always with hover style applied.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a meeting
  2. Moderator join (using Firefox)
  3. Viewer join
  4. Moderator click on the user name (in the user list)
  5. Move the cursor for some option that is not "Start a private chat"

Expected behavior
"Start a private chat" option should lose the blue background

Actual behavior
"Start a private chat" option have a blue background, as if cursor was hover it

  • OS: Linux Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser Firefox
  • Version 98.0.1 (64-bit)

Actually it is happening in all popovers.. and also in 2.4.
