[2.6] Fast slide navigation by pan and zoom sometimes disables panning on fullscreen mode

Describe the bug
On fullscreen mode (slide fullscreen, not the application fullscreen), very fast slide navigation by pan and zoom sometimes makes the screen unmovable by the pan tool. If you change the zoom rate a bit you can pan again.
I am not very sure but it seems to happen more often on a slow machine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. turn the slide fullscreen by pressing Enter or choose the option from the three-dots menu
2. You zoom and pan very quickly.
   2'. The most reproducible situation is to zoom at maximum and go to the corner by pan tool. Then you repeatedly try to go more on the corner, then sometimes you find the pan tool is not working anymore. It behaves like the select tool.
3. If you change the zoom rate a bit, the pan tool starts to work again.
