[2.7] The red dot of the notification doesn't disappear on the public/private chat

Describe the bug
When a user sends a public/private chat message, the red dot of the notification is still showing after the user reads the message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join the meeting with two different users.
2. User A send a public message and send a private message to the user B.
3. User B reads the private and the public message.
4. The red dot of the notification is still showing.
