[3.0] Messages from the previous tab's chat items are been carried on the chat tab switch #19200

Describe the bug
When switching from chats you can see the other chat messages inside the clicked chat for a moment.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open a private chat with another user.
Send any message on the public chat.
Click on the private chat
You will see the messages from the public chat for a moment.
