attendees limitation of new conference session doesn't work #873

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create a new conference session and use the default user number of 3
2.we could login more than 3 attendees on this new BBB room session 
without limitation of 3. 


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
More than 3 attendees should be refused to login

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows XP, IE 6.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi Chen,

You are correct ... had the limitation in place earlier on the voice server, but 
haven't implemented it on the Red5.

Thanks for highlight it -- we're going to be shifting our attention to the 
administrative side of BigBlueButton shortly and address some of the outstanding bugs.

1/ When scheduling a conference session, a field to add recipents' email addresses.

This sends an email to all recipents who is invited to the conference scheduled 
session.  You can go as far was firstName, lastName, company and email address.  
Then when you see a list #3 (below) you can see details.

2/ another field for new session and invitation is it open to anyone to join or only

recipents on the list.

3/ an area where you can see a list of recipents and when the invitation (date) was

sent.

As you are preparing a conference, overtime you need to see who you already invited

and who you can add.  There maybe more than one person administrating the conference.

4/ when you are adding recipents' contact info, you can save this in you contact 
list so in the future you can just simply click to add.  

5/ contact list
You can view to see all your contacts but also conferences they were invited to and

conference they attended.  Teacher or educators will need this to see students 
invited and the ones that did not show up.

6/ sending an invitation
also added, days before to send an reminder by email.  it is up to the person who is

sending the invitation timeframe for reminder.

7/ group contact list
teachers will have different students for different classes.  they may want to group

them or add students in more than one group.  this will help organizating.
