The current way to update a cached hook is too cumbersome in the hook admin page. ( dev mode / save / run / production mode / save ).

There should be a one-click button in the UI to update the cached assets of a hook ( and not affect its mode ).

 * Added `invalidateCache` method
 * Added refresh link in admin page
 * Added new `/refresh` route on all Hooks
 * Also adds `/fork` redirect route
