Fullscreen output to multiple external monitors

This would be very useful. As of right now, multiple outputs can be used by stretching the floating output window across the two monitors. However, this leaves the white bar across the top visible.
Alternatively, or in the short term, the white window bar could be removed from the top of the output window - This is how it works in Resolume.
